How far in advance must I place my order?
We are able to provide catering at short notice, and although we prefer requests to be made 48 hours in advance, we can accept 24 hours’ notice and will do our utmost to respond to any last minute requests. Despite tight timeframes we will endeavour to always ensure the supply of your catering needs, e.g. we often help customers out with same day orders.

How do I know how much food and beverage I will need for my event?
It depends on the time of day and the nature of the event. We have lots of experience catering and planning for functions, so if you would like some assistance please feel free to give us a call.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept direct deposit (internet banking), cheques and cash payments.

I don’t see what I want on the menu. Can you customise a menu for me?
If you have something special in mind we are more than happy to discuss menu options with you to create the perfect meal of your choice.

How much is delivery?
We charge a $12.00 delivery fee when delivering in the Hamilton city area. Delivery outside of Hamilton city boundary is by negotiation.

Is there a minimum order that needs to be placed for delivery?

Yes, see below for minimum delivery requirements. You are more than welcome to call in and pick up your morning tea, lunches and afternoon teas from our kitchen at 23 Bandon Street, Frankton, Hamilton. 

Morning/Afternoon Tea: 1 and 2 items minimum of 8 people. 3 items minimum of 5 people
Lunch:  3, 4 and 5 items minimum of 8 people. Corporate and Executive minimum of 5 people
Canapes/Cheeseboard:  Minimum of 10 people – 4 items per person
Plate, fork & spoon menu: Minimum of 10 people per menu item
